Ticket Policies

1]   Every seat contains a row and a seat number. All seats are considered reserved seating.

 

2]  As per the Fire Marshal, anyone occupying a seat will require a ticket. Lap children do not require a ticket if they remain on your lap and do not occupy a seat. If a lap child occupies a seat, they will require a ticket.

3]  As a security measure, the system will time out if information is not entered in a timely manner. Should this happen, please CLOSE the ticket browser completely, refresh the page, and start over.

4]  For the best customer experience possible, we highly recommend you know on which side of the stage your student will be performing before purchasing tickets.

5]  Once tickets are purchased, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your tickets. Tickets are 'Print At Home'. Please print out your tickets prior to the performances or have them ready to show on your phone if required.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Site lines on the left edge of section A and the right edge of section C may not be ideal depending upon your student's onstage placement. Seats in section L & section K may not be ideal or have obstructed views.

6]  Ticket system convenience fees are added per ticket. Sales tax is now required by the state and has been added per transaction.

 

7]  All Sales Final. No refunds.

How to Redeem Codes:

 

• Priority Code [Early Access Codes] - To use your Priority Code, click on the link in the "Priority Codes" box that appears just below the "Selected Seats" box on the right. If this box doesn't exist, it means that no Priority Codes are required for any of the currently active shows. Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as appears.

• Coupon Code [Discount or Comped Codes] - To use this type of code, select your seats and then click the button that says "Buy Selected Seats". On the page where you enter your identifying and payment information, you will see a box labeled "Coupon Code". Put your code into the box and then tab to the next field. If the code is accepted, you will see a Green check next to the code.
