Application Process

We believe in hiring top talent and understand that top talent like you want to know what steps are needed to apply, interview, and ultimately be selected for a role with Elite. Here are the core steps of the staffing process:

Complete the Application

We require all candidates apply for opportunities online. Completely fill out the application below. Be specific when filling in your areas of interest. Once you have completed your online application, a member of our hiring team will review resumes. You will be contacted if your experience, skills, education, and background best match the requirements for the available positions.

Follow Up 'Audition'

If selected in the above review, the recruiter will contact you for an initial screen of your qualifications. This may be in the form of a on-site or phone interview, questionnaire, or a combination of both. Please be prepared to explain your strengths, developmental interests, accomplishments, goals, work history, and salary history & expectations. At this time, we will share more details about the role and where we are in the recruiting process.

Behind the Scenes...

Our pre-employment screening process may consist of employment & education verification, criminal record review, and reference checking.

On-Site Final 'Audition'

A finale decision will be made and you will be notified of the decision. Depending on the position for which we are casting, there may be an onsite final classroom portion or finale interview. Interviews may consist of meeting with peers and leadership.
