IF YOU ARE SELECTED FOR A FOLLOW-UP 'AUDITION'…
If selected in the above review, the recruiter will contact you for an initial screen of your qualifications. This may be in the form of a on site or phone interview, questionnaire, or a combination of both. Please be prepared to explain your strengths, developmental interests, accomplishments, goals, work history, and salary history & expectations. At this time, we will share more details about the role and where we are in the recruiting process.
IN ADDITION... (AND BEHIND THE SCENES)
Our pre-employment screening process may consist of employment & education verification, criminal record review, and reference checking.
THE ON-SITE 'FINAL AUDITION'…
The recruiter will decide from the 'follow-up audition' who to invite for the onsite final classroom audition or onsite finale interview. Interviews may consist of meeting with peers and leadership.
INFORMING INTERVIEWED APPLICANTS OF THE DECISION…
